October 17, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

$50

Top iTunes business podcaster Jeremy Ryan Slate of the Create Your Own Life Podcast is having his first live debut with New York Times bestselling author, James Altucher.  For the first time in the two years, Slate will be hosting a live studio audience for the recording of his show at Standup New York Comedy Club.

The purpose of the Create Your Own Life podcast is to help people break the chains of ordinary.  Slate studied at Oxford University and received his masters degree from Seton Hall University in 2011.  Upon graduation, Slate took the next logical step, which was enter into the career he had just spent years of his life working towards.  After teaching high school for two years, he was miserable and resigned.

As a serial entrepreneur, Slate has worked through the ropes of uncharted territory.  To help mark the path for new entrepreneurs, Slate started the Create Your Own Life Podcast where he interviews world-class celebrities, athletes and entrepreneurs on their roads to success. “I want to show entrepreneurs that high performers are people too and the path can be followed if they willing to take full responsibility for their lives,” Slate stated.

Altucher is an entrepreneur, investor and Wall Street Journal bestselling author.  He is the host of the top-10 rated podcast, “The James Altucher Show” and he is a regular contributor to The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo! Finance and Business Insider.  He has started 20 companies, 17 of which have failed. Altucher survived and thrived after the 2008 financial crisis, and recently has swung his attention to the cryptocurrency and blockchain world.  Needless to say, he has learned a lot along the way that you can find out at the live interview.
