7:55 – 8:15pm: Suma Reddy @ Farmshelf [farmshelf.com]. They build indoor farms for hotels and restaurants, dramatically shortening the distance from plant to plate.

8:20 – 8:40pm: Amanda Weeks & team @ Industrial Organic [industrialorganic.com]. They derive organic chemicals and ingredients from food waste, diverting it from landfills and converting it into finished goods.
