Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine.

About this event

Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine – it exists in a liminal space between the two.

We will discuss how advances in natural language understanding and conversational design can be used to create a more intelligent – and ultimately more human-like – AI chatbot experience.
