Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine – it exists in a liminal space between the two.

We will discuss how advances in natural language understanding and conversational design can be used to create a more intelligent – and ultimately more human-like – AI chatbot experience.

Erin has a passion for creative problem solving and learning new things. She has a particular interest in building products that are accessible for a diverse group of users and their specific needs and in leveraging Conversational AI to deliver the best possible digital service.

Jorge Marcano, Software Engineer in Data Science, Finn.ai

Jorge is Computer Scientist born in Venezuela, specialized in Machine Learning with a Master’s Degree in Big Data. He is part of the Data Science Team at Finn AI and is interested in Machine Learning, NLP/NLU as well as Data Analytics and Data Visualization.
